[small bug] Novalith cannon button disabled/greyed out

Button disabled when it is first built even after full charge.

This is a small bug but upon building the novalith cannon, the button for firing it is greyed out even after it has a full charge. But I could click on this button and then the button becomes enable(it wasn't disabled but the button was rendered as disabled). This only happen the first time you want to fire it.
